The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the tours and services ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website www.travelnewcity.com in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.<\/p>

3. QUALITIES OF THE SERVICE<\/strong>
The main features, type, duration, fee and other details of the tours and services purchased by the Buyer are specified in the service descriptions on the website.<\/p>

4. SERVICE FEE AND PAYMENT<\/strong>
The Buyer agrees to pay for the ordered service by the payment methods specified on the website. Prices are stated inclusive of VAT and if there are additional charges, these are also clearly indicated.<\/p>

5. CANCELLATION, REFUND AND AMENDMENT<\/strong><\/p>

  • If the buyer requests cancellation at least [15 days] before the tour date, the full payment will be refunded.<\/li>
  • Cancellations made [less than 7 days] before the tour date are non-refundable.<\/li>
  • The buyer may request a change to a suitable date for the tour that he\/she cannot attend due to force majeure.<\/li><\/ul>

    6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong>
    The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt of the contract without giving any reason and without penalty. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if there is [14 days] or less time left before the start of the tour service.<\/p>

    7. NON-PERFORMANCE OF SERVICE<\/strong>
    The Seller has the right to cancel the specified tour in case of weather conditions, force majeure or insufficient participation. In this case, the fee paid to the Buyer shall be refunded in full.<\/p>

    8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong>
    The Seller undertakes to keep the personal data of the Buyer confidential and to process them only in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.<\/p>

    9. COMPETENT COURT<\/strong>
